Erin's Story
Erin is a multifaceted Operations Specialist who combines a strong foundation of operational and organizational skills with a proactive and collaborative approach to client engagement. A collaborative team player with a keen editorial eye, Erin is passionate about building positive cultures bringing a high level of enthusiasm and dedication to everything she does. Her positive attitude and willingness to jump in on any project makes her our go-to person for project management, optimization, and organizational support.
Erin spent 14 years in HR managing benefits, policy, and employee onboarding. Her extensive industry experience ranges from Private Equity Firms to Professional Sports to International Designer brands such as Burberry and Steve Madden. Her comprehensive understanding of administrative processes, organizational strategies, and technological tools makes her an invaluable asset to any project.
Erin received her Bachelor’s degree from The University of North Alabama where she was a Majorette and member of the Zeta Tau Alpha Sorority. She is a dedicated mother of three amazing children, and enjoys cooking, playing tennis, watching documentaries, and generally making everyone feel special and loved. Fun fact - Erin grew up twirling baton and is still pretty good!
