I integrate the best coaching, HR, and business psychology practices to help clients around the world better understand their thinking and habits. Together we co-create effective action plans, make strong decisions, and take great next steps. I am known for being quick, direct, and untraditional. I promise each and every client that I will never hold back.
I am an active member of Forbes' Coaches Council and a credentialed member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). As a Certified Master Coach, I hold four specialty coaching certifications –Certified Professional Master Coach, Certified Business Coach, Certified Group Coach, and Certified Youth, Parent and Family Coach. I also teach the ICF Core competencies and serve as a mentor coach for those new coaches seeking to achieve their ICF credential.
COMMITTED TO ENTREPRENEURISM
In addition to my career in technology, I have a passion for entrepreneurs, building companies in industries ranging from technology to blue-collar services, including my favorite start-up, Georgia Sanitation, Inc. I have had the honor of being recognized four years in a row as a ‘Best of’ Business in my industry, listed four years running as a ‘Top Atlanta Coach’ by Experteer, and a proud coach and mentor for the SEAL Future Foundation. I am a passionate Rotarian serving on the board of my local club, on the Rotary Means Business organizing committee, and am a Paul Harris Fellow. As a member of the National Society for Leadership and Success, I am committed to excellence. I am a regular writer and contributor to Forbes and Recruiter.com and have recently been added as a contributing author for Training Industry Magazine and Best Company. My value as an expert has given me the great honor to be featured regularly as a resource in Entrepreneur.com, U.S. News and World Report, MSN, Business News Daily, Fox News.com, Elite Daily, SparkHire, AARP Life Reimagined, LiveStrong, GoodEveryDay, Money For Lunch Radio show, Money Nomad, FlexJobs.com, Bustle Magazine, and many other exciting business and life publications.
An Atlanta native, I attended the Westminster Schools, University of Georgia, and Mercer University. I am passionate about my family and my community and donate 100 hours annually to those in need. I am an active Rotarian and Paul Harris Fellow, a sustaining member of NCL, and am passionate about mentorship and servant leadership. I was involved with the creation and growth of my first nationally recognized non-profit at the age of seventeen while a sophomore at the University of Georgia and I have spent the last 25 years actively working to inspire others to overcome obstacles and follow their passion. Through this work, I have been honored to be allowed to present new concepts that challenge leadership teams of all sizes, from the Pentagon and Fortune 500 companies to Family and Teen Non-Profits. At times, my demand as an out-of-the-box thinker and expert brought me to the table on creative efforts ranging from being a participant on President Clinton's Transportation Improvement Panel to consulting non-profits of all sizes during the project ideation phase. I have worked for North Point Ministries, been CFO of a state-wide Foster Care non-profit, and served on several boards bringing practical operational business experience, financial savvy and a long-standing passion for communities to the table.
